About

Nia Gallery is a space where contemporary art intersects with social impact. With its flagship location in the heart of Europe and a nomadic art program, Nia Gallery bridges the realms of art sales and social advocacy, delivering a fresh model that positions art as a transformative experience and conduit to cultural connection.

Nia Gallery redefines the traditional gallery experience by blending the artistic value of artworks with its ability to inspire individual and collective dialogue and create positive change. The gallery focuses on artwork that invites viewers to deeply connect and learn, moving beyond simple visual appeal to create cultural bridges, foster empathy and take action. By programming internationally, Nia Gallery’s nomadic initiatives expand impact, connecting artists from around the world to each

other, to global audiences.

Giving back is at the core of Nia Gallery's mission to turn creativity into impact. Each exhibition supports a different organization aligned with our themes of social change and resilience. Art can connect, heal, and empower—but too often, many stories go unheard. With every exhibition, we channel your support into transformative programs, focusing on education, empowerment, and initiatives that inspire positive change in communities worldwide. Together, we bring hope to life, one artwork at a time. Thank you for being part of this journey of art and change.

Nikol Popovská

Nikol Popovská is the founding director of Nia Gallery, shaped by her deep-rooted personal history and professional journey. Born into a refugee family, Popovská pursued a career in law to advocate for the rights of others but ultimately discovered that art provided a more profound and effective way to challenge stereotypes and promote inclusivity. “Nia Gallery was created to disrupt conventional narratives,” she explains, “and to provide a platform where artists can explore and express the complexity of human experience across cultures, identities, and borders.” Her vision infuses the gallery with a unique purpose, bridging art and social impact to inspire meaningful change.
